Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final for change of mind, color or print preference, or fit, unless a product page states otherwise before purchase. Please check descriptions and sizes before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email niordestiny.store@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. We cover necessary return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a return is required.

Please contact us before returning anything. We will provide the correct return instructions and address.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation. Change-of-mind cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

If we cannot fulfill an unshipped item, we will refund the amount paid for that item and applicable shipping charges. For partial orders or product issues, we will explain the refund amount and any shipping adjustment.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
