Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address. Charges may vary by product and destination.

Processing and delivery

Scrub caps shipped from Niordestiny’s inventory take 5–7 business days to pack and dispatch after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier delivery time is additional.

Other products may ship directly from our fulfillment partners and have different processing and delivery times. Check the product page and checkout for available estimates. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Express shipping does not shorten processing time unless we specifically state otherwise.

Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Tracking and delays

Shipping confirmation and tracking details, when available, will be sent to the email address used for your order.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and explain your options, including cancellation and a refund for affected unshipped items. Where required, we will obtain your consent to a revised shipment date or cancel and promptly refund the affected items.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly for corrections or cancellation requests. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped.

For delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages, email niordestiny.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
